The Informatikhauptschule Orth/Danube
The Informatikhauptschule Orth/Danube is a secondary level school situated in the heart of "The Donau Auen National Park". We focus on computer skills and developing the students´ very personal physical and artistic abilities.
As a school, we aim for continuous improvement in everything we do and we aim to get every child to reach their maximum potential. Therefore we are very lucky to have a well qualified and experienced staff.
The school is very well equipped for the pursuit of the school activities. We offer the European Computer Driving License (ECDL), communicative competence in languages other than the mother tongue (e.g. in English and Slovak), a wide range of social and competitive sports activities, an elementary view on mass media by our own school-newspaper, and a basic education in traffic matters. We also provide students with knowledge and skills to confront and deal with challenges and problems of their future profession.
